Some great points in here. I especially like that you discussed using customer feedback through social media to guide decisions and communication efforts. The ROI discussion really isn't entirely complicated, but it *is* largely dependent upon the goals and specific initiatives of a particular business. Social media is very measurable, and we can certainly assess the positive impacts of better relationships on our organizations.
